“Lokomotiv” Ltd  takes  dominant position at the market. That is why company asserts the tariffs for railway services in anti-monopoly bodies. The consumers of the company services are  National company Kazakhstan Temir Joly (84%), passenger carriers (15.5%) and private consumers (0.5%). The main  target of the company is to provide of  safe, reliable and effective  services of locomotive-hauled trains for carriers of cargo  and  passengers.

The company has 29 operational locomotive depot located all over Kazakhstan. The main locomotive depot consists of  23 intermediated depot and 7 station for swing shifts. Besides that “Lokomotiv” Ltd  is the founder of 7 limited liability partnerships –  Orken-2005 Ltd (scrap metal processing), “Lokomotiv-Leasing” (construction of  locomotive assembly factory), 5 locomotive maintenance enterprises, which make small and medium repairing  for the Company needs.
